Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Dapigoo's return process is simple and easy. Please read the instructions below carefully and follow these steps.
When the return of a product purchased at DAPIGOO is necessary the first step for you as a reseller is to issue a return request by email to support@dapigoo.com with the following details:
- Your account name
- Order date
- Order number
- The reason for returning the item (a detailed description of the problem if there is one).
- Any other comments you believe to be relevant.
After your return request is received by our support team, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
There are several situations where an item has to be returned to us for a replacement, repair or a refund:
Item is significantly different than the one ordered:
After opening a return request item must be shipped back to our warehouse according to our instructions.
Returned products must be unopened, unused & in their original package.
Returned items must be shipped back to us using registered mail with a tracking number.
DAPIGOO will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us without a tracking number.
Upon it’s arrival DAPIGOO will examine the item to ensure it was not damaged or used and will then refund you the total sum paid including all shipping fees.
Item is faulty upon arrival:
After opening a return request item must be shipped back to our warehouse according to our instructions.
Returned products must be in their original packages with all accessories included.
Returned items must be shipped back to us using registered mail with a tracking number. DAPIGOO will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us without a tracking number.
Faulty items must be shipped back not later than 5 days after they have been received by the customer.
Upon arrival to our warehouse the item will be examined by our tech support to determine the source of the problem.
In case the test results conclude that the problem is due to a manufacturing failure and not caused by misuse, DAPIGOO will refund or replace the item at our sole discretion.
In case our tech support concludes that the product was damaged by misuse or was inflicted by the customer in any way, DAPIGOO will provide you with repair options and costs. Repair and shipping costs will be covered by the customer or the reseller.
Item is faulty during warranty period:
After opening a return request item must be shipped back to our warehouse according to our instructions.
Returned items must be shipped back to us using registered mail with a tracking number. DAPIGOO will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us without a tracking number.
Upon arrival to our warehouse the item will be examined by our tech support to determine the source of the problem.
In case the test results conclude that the problem is due to a manufacturing failure and is covered by the warranty policy DAPIGOO will repair or replace the item and ship it back to your customer on DAPIGOO’s expense.
In case our tech support concludes that the item was damaged by misuse or was inflicted by the customer in any way which is not covered by the warranty, DAPIGOO will not issue a refund for the item nor for the shipping fees.
DAPIGOO will provide you with repair options and costs. Repair and shipping costs will not be covered by DAPIGOO.
Parcel lost while in transit:
In rear cases parcels might be lost by the post or courier company on the way to their destination.
In case a parcel does not arrive at it’s destination within 7 business days of it’s predefined delivery period, please notify us by email to: support@dapigoo.com.
Upon receiving your email, DAPIGOO will open an inquiry with the courier company in order to track the parcel.
If a parcel could not be recovered, the courier company will usually offer compensation according to it’s policies.
DAPIGOO will refund you the compensation amount according to the courier company’s policies once the compensation received from the courier company.
Important notice:
The Hong Kong Post compensation policy states that lost registered parcels
are liable to a compensation of up to US$40.00 plus the shipping fees. The compensation amount is not dependant on the actual item cost.
Please consider this policy when dropshipping products of high value via registered mail.
When using an express courier such as DHL, EMS or TNT, the parcel is insured according to the declared amount stated on the shipping invoice. By default DAPIGOO will declare the real value of the item according to the amount paid when the order was placed.
However, as a reseller you may instruct DAPIGOO to declare a lower value on the shipping invoice than the actual amount paid.
This can be done by adding an order comment with the amount you wish us to declare on the parcel.
Keep in mind that while doing so you also limit the maximum compensation amount that the courier company will offer in case the parcel is lost.
DAPIGOO will not be responsible for any lost parcels that were sent via regular airmail
without a tracking number and will not refund for them.
Uncollected or unwanted items:
In cases where a parcel was refused by the customer, address was incorrect
or item was not collected for any other reason, the parcel will be returned to DAPIGOO by the courier company or the destination country's post office.
Upon it’s arrival DAPIGOO will examine the returned parcel to ensure the item was not damaged or used and will then load the item back to your private stock for reselling.
In some cases we may have to renew the product’s packaging. In these cases we will inform you about the extra costs for the package renewal.
No refunds will be issued for uncollected items.
Please note that in rear cases the shipping companies may charge an extra fee for returning parcels to the sender (DAPIGOO). In these cases you will be liable for these fees before the parcel is returned to us and reloaded to your private stock.
Customs clearance issues:
DAPIGOO will not be held responsible for any items which are held, confiscated or delayed by customs authorities due to import regulations and laws in the destination country.
It is the reseller’s sole responsibility to confirm that the items you purchase from DAPIGOO are permissible by law at the destination country.
When dropshipping, it is important to understand that your customer becomes the actual importer of the goods. Therefore, your customer will be liable for any custom fees or sale taxes that may be required in order to clear the goods from customs. This includes any inspection fees or fines.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order at DAPIGOO before we have dispatched the goods to you, please notify us by email to: support@dapigoo.com.
DAPIGOO will fully refund your payment.
In case the goods have already been dispatched to you, please open a return request. Upon receiving your email with the return request our support team will email you instruction for the return shipping.
The item must be shipped back to our warehouse according to our instructions.

In this case, DAPIGOO will not refund your payment for the product. DAPIGOO will load the item back into your private stock with no extra charges. The shipping costs of the parcel to and from you or your customer are non-refundable as well.
