Estimated Handling Time

We, at Dapigoo, understand the importance of speedy shipping and handling times for the reputation of your eBay or eShop business. As your success is important to us, we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

We reserve a 48 hour period for handling each order before it is shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen. During this time, each item undergoes strict quality & compatibility tests in order to ensure it is of high quality.
Items which are shipped from your private stock will leave the warehouse in less than 48 hours as they have undergone a thorough quality check in advance.

Please note we do not process orders on weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional day or two for orders placed at these times.


Packaging

At Dapigoo, we give much thought and attention to the packaging of goods.
We make sure each order is packed professionally and firmly in order to ensure it’s endurance during travel. Whether a fragile item is to be shipped or a delicate electronic device, we take all the cautionary steps necessary to ensure the item arrives at it’s destination safely and intact.

Note: Each electronic item undergoes a thorough quality test prior to shipping.
After undergoing these tests, the package is re-sealed and a QA sticker is attached to it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the weight and the shipping method chosen.

In rare cases, parcels with large dimensions may be subject to extra fees as the courier companies will charge according to package volume instead of weight. If this should occur, a Dapigoo representative will contact you immediately and assist in finding a suitable solution for you.

Please note shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes and charges. These chargers are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend observing all customs rules and regulations before placing an order.


Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are provided directly from the courier companies and refer to main destinations worldwide. Delivery times to remote areas may take a bit longer.

The estimated times are given in business days. Please allow several more days due to weekends and holidays.

Delivery times may also prolong due to customs inspections.
