How do I provide shipping instructions?
During the checkout process you will be requested to provide Dapigoo with all shipping information and special instructions.
If you would like the order to be shipped immediately, you will be requested to choose the shipping method and pay the shipping fees while placing the order and completing it’s payment.
You may also choose to keep the ordered goods in your private stock for shipment at a later time. In this case, you will need to choose the shipping method and pay the shipping fees only when ordering the shipment of these goods.

How do I ship an item from my private stock?
Here are simple step by step instructions as to how to order the shipment of goods from your private stock:
- Go to 'My Account'.
- Enter into 'My Private Stock'.
- Mark the item or items you would like to ship as one package.
- Click 'Order Shipment'.
- Enter the quantity of each item which is to be shipped.
- Enter the shipping destination and full address.
- Click to calculate shipping and choose your preferred shipping method.
- You may add a comment if you have any special requests or comments regarding this shipment.
- Click 'Commit'.
- If you’re ready to commit to this shipment order press 'Yes'.
- Fill in your billing information and choose your preferred payment method.
- Click 'Review Order' at the bottom of the page.
- Please review your shipment order carefully. If any changes are necessary click 'Back'.
If the information is correct click 'Submit order'.
As soon as you click 'Submit order' your shipment order is complete. You will receive an order number for your reference.
What is the ticket system and how is it used?
Tickets enable you to communicate with Dapigoo’s representatives regarding a specific order. If you have a question, a request or any inquiry regarding your order please send an attached ticket for the order in discussion.
You can follow up on all of your tickets in ‘My Tickets’ link. Here you can view all tickets you have sent to or received from Dapigoo and their present status.
In order to send a new ticket to Dapigoo click on ‘Add New Ticket’. Choose the order number in discussion and fill in the title and the body of your message. Then press ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page. Your ticket will be sent to a Dapigoo representative.
As soon as you receive a reply from Dapigoo regarding your inquiry, you will also receive an email notifying you of the new ticket. You can read the new ticket and respond to it if necessary in ‘My Tickets’.
Where can I see all of my orders?
Click ‘My Orders’ to see detailed information of your orders. Order date, order number, order status, quantity and total cost are the details you can find here.
Where can I see the status of my shipments?
You can enter the shipping section of your private account from the main left-hand side menu. This information is also available to you in the ‘My Account’ page in the main navigation menu.
The shipping section of your account provides the following information:
My Packages Awaiting Payment- Here you will find all shipments ordered for which payment has not yet been received or completed. Please note orders are not processed until payment has been received and completed.
My Packages Awaiting Shipment- As soon as your payment is complete we will begin processing your order. From this moment until the order is shipped, you can follow it under ‘My Packages Awaiting Shipment’.
The processing of an order includes a thorough quality for each and every item. This is to ensure each product is of high quality and meets our high standards.
My Sent Packages- As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a notice via email. You can see the sent orders in ‘My Sent Packages’ page.
The orders in these pages are categorized as two types: orders made using the ‘Ship Now’ option and orders made from your private stock. Within these categories, the orders are in chronological order.
Where can I retrieve up-to-date tracking information?
If you chose registered airmail as the shipping method, you will find the tracking number on the top right-hand side of each order in the 'My Sent Packages' page.
Press the ‘Tracking Information’ tab in order to retrieve on-line tracking information from the courier’s website. Usually tracking data is available several hours after the parcel has been shipped. However, in some cases it may take up to 24 hours for the information to appear on the courier’s website and on Dapigoo.com.
